1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 oz jar of artichoke hearts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
14 oz frozen spinach, thawed
Dash of garlic salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bake in an 8x8 pan for 20 minutes. Serve with PITA CHIPS.
